Today, with more than a decade of experience under her belt, Jessica serves as Director of Operations while maintaining her passion for working directly with clients as a travel professional. When she's not traveling herself to collect firsthand experience to pass along to her clients, she's reading up on the latest travel industry news and networking with other agents to stay as up to date as possible.
